Youth Mentorship

This program is set up to allow the best aspects of longevity training. As a physical therapist, I understand the importance of injury prevention for young athletes, and for children who simply want to grow up with a base level strength, mobility, coordination, and agility that will set them up for functional lifestyles.

This is where I come in! Youth mentorship is set up as a specialized 60 minute weekly session for your child where we will learn the basics of weightlifting, agility, speed, injury prevention, yoga, flexibility, breathwork, and whatever else interests you or your child.

The mentorship is set up with education at the forefront. We will have a curriculum. Your child will be able to practically aware of their anatomy. Where are my quads, how do I strengthen them? How do I warm up and cool down my body? These lessons will last a lifetime and will help your child develop their own personal connection to their body. There will be a playful mix between sets, and reps, and games that will challenge their mobility strength, and fitness.

My goal is to empower your child with the knowledge and tools necessary to maintain optimal health and performance throughout their athletic endeavors, or life
